    Before you make inquiries

    Prepare the following information in advance.

    • Model name
      In the red frame shown belowModel name + Color identification / destination
    • Serial number
      In the green frame shown below16-digit number
    • Types of device, operating system (version) and software being used
    • Details of the trouble
    The model name and serial number are indicated on the standard indication sticker located on the bottom of the main unit. The model name is indicated on the right of the product logo at the top. The serial number is indicated after "No." under the product logo.
